Please send the item(s) back to us in their original box, and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Items shipped without a box and/or shipped without documentation will be rejected and returned at the senders expense. STORM cases, ProGear Coolers, and Elite Luggage must be returned in the original plastic sleeve.
